Stress and anxiety
It is a sad but know fact that stress and anxiety are growing in
our modern life.
So much information and
everything done by deadline is hurting us more than we care to
admit. Modern life does not cater for the psychological
needs of the average human being and these needs are often
overlooked. Stress causes people to become irrational and if it
is not released can lead to anxiety disorders and physical
disorders.
Of course there are two types of stress there is good stress and
there is bad stress. Good stress makes us fight and achieve our
ambitions and goals in life. It is a driving force that produces
the very best in human beings. Driving us to create and succeed

Bad stress creates a multitude of problems within the human body
and mind. The worst case scenarios being a physical effect like
a stroke or heart attack or a psychological effect like panic
attacks. Stress must be released if stress builds and is not
released then the human body will find ways to force you to
release the stress that has been stored in the body!
This release of stress can sometimes be even more stressful than
stress itself. Leaving certain individuals debilitated in fear
and anxiety. It can create panic attacks that produce an
irrational fear of dying or leave its victim in a paralyzed
state of pure unadulterated fear!
Most people do not understand what stress is and what it can
actually do to you until it's too late. A person suffering with
a stress related disorder finds it very hard to convey what is
happening and why they are feeling this way. Stress sufferers
find it very hard to get someone to listen as friends and family
members just turn round and say pull yourself together. Its ok!
But this does not help the person having a stress related panic
attack!
Doctors will fill you full of tablets like Valium. this is a
highly addictive drug. But the worst thing is that this drug
does not resolve the underlying issues of why you are getting so
stressed but merely masks the physical feelings of stress.
The symptoms of stress are not always self evident until its too
late and the sufferer has reached a crisis point. This stress
crisis point can and often does ruin lives. Don't wait to deal
with stress!
